- Does membership cost anything?
- No. Membership is free. Some ticketed events carry a cost, and those are always stated up front.
- Do I have to live in Barrie?
- Most gatherings happen in Barrie and Simcoe County, so that is where you will get the most from it — but you are welcome wherever you are.
- I am new to Canada. Is this for me?
- Very much so. A good part of our community arrived recently and remembers exactly how it feels to be starting over.
- Can I join as a mentor rather than a mentee?
- Yes, and we need you. Tick “Mentorship” on the form and tell us about your field.
- What happens after I sign up?
- Someone from SheRise gets in touch, learns a little about what you are hoping for, and points you to the right circle or next event.
